It's all about the passion for soccer!
Coach Thiago Novo since he was a little boy became a soccer lover by watching his father Gilberto Novo, playing in the neighborhood leagues where they lived.
He grew up playing soccer in the streets, futsal courts and on the beach, where he enjoyed fun and challenging games.
At the age of 9, he started playing soccer and futsal at school tournaments, where he stood out and was selected by the AABB Futsal scouts, becoming runner-up in the Brazilian under-13 futsal league.
In addition to many titles as an athlete in school, clubs and college championships, coach Thiago went through clubs like Palmeiras, Portuguesa and Mercedes-Benz in his hometown: São Paulo.
In addition to getting a scholarship to a private school because of soccer, he also started working at the age of 14, coaching goalkeepers at a small soccer academy in his neighborhood.
